PATHWAYs
Pro Hoops Pathways offers on and off-court positions that run from April until September of each year. The program is designed to give students an opportunity to learn about the business of basketball, develop important career skills and expand their network.
Whether participants work with our Operations Team (off-court) or our Trainers (on-court) Pathways interns interface directly with trainers, players, agents and other industry professionals on a daily basis.
Pathways alumni have gone on to work for the NBA T2 Media, 23XI Racing, San Antonio Spurs, Excel Sports Management and Fordham University.
Eligibility
The Pathways program is open to boys and girls who are rising seniors in high school (those currently finishing their junior year in high school and entering their senior year in the fall of 2026) to completing their senior year in college.
Scope of work:
There are on-court and off-court positions available. These two roles do not overlap.
Assist in workouts (on-court)
Facilitate workouts: scheduling, media etc. (off-court)
Assist with social media
Assist in various Pro Hoops projects
