Private Training

Each workout is tailored to the player with both short and long term goals in mind. We use deliberate skill training and practice as the cornerstone of our training programs. 

Live competition is an important component of development. The majority of our sessions include time for our players to compete in a live setting. 

We offer small groups (2-4 players) as well as individual sessions throughout the year. Groups are made based on a combination of age and skill. Joining a small group is the easiest way to get involved at Pro Hoops as space is limited. If you are interested in individual workouts, discuss with a trainer to see if their schedule can accommodate. 

Format: 60-90 minutes of skill-work and live play.

  • All sessions are by appointment, based on trainer availability

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
